Explanation to Negative Feedback

Mixes genders in text

At the start of each scenario, you’re able to kinda choose what your character looks like, from their chest, to their *ahem* naughty bits, to your gender. So there is a bit of mix and matching that you can do, if you so please.

The first and third scenario aren’t so bad with this, but the second one was a bit rough with the writing, maybe more at the start than anything else.

I chose to go the full female route and at times in the description my character would be referred to as a male and it kept throwing me for a loop. There may have been other times in the other scenarios where the text screwed up, but I might not have paid much attention to it.

I love the fact that they let you choose what you’re going to look like at the start of the scenarios, but when you’re doing that, you really need to lock onto the writing to make sure it’s all correct.

Explanation to Positive Feedback

Puzzles get tougher

The match-3 games in the first scenario were fine and dandy.

By the third scenario, dang they got a lot tougher. I thought they’d at least start each scenario out with an easy match-3, but nah. They go all out on you.

As far as the demo goes, I almost spent all the money I accumulated buying things that could just get me through the rounds to the choice I needed to open up to progress. I even managed to fail one of the puzzles.

It shamed me.

Three partial scenarios

There are four scenarios total on the demo, but the last one is locked. You can progress to at least one fully animated scene in the first three scenarios, as well as get some other content unlocked on another path, though it usually stops you before you get anywhere good.

What a tease.

Character designs

I love all the characters that are implemented in this game, within each scenario, and the fact that you can kind of tweak your own character at the start of each scenario as well. You can change your chest, your gender, and your itty bittys.

You’ve got your werewolf and vampire, and although it seems like quite the cliche putting those two together, it works out.

Besides those two, you’ve got a rabbit cleric and a ram innkeeper, and then a kirin and manticore match-up of all things. The last manticore I read about was in one of Mallory Dunlin’s books, I think. And I don’t think I’ve ever read anything with a kirin in it, though I do know of them.

Really cool.
